PEOPLE YOU CAN TALK TO

Wondermums are grounded in reality and represent normal, everyday mums. They have their good and bad days and sometimes have it together and at other times feel like they are in complete chaos.

Wondermums openly share their good and bad experiences with other mums and in doing so encourage other mums to do the same. They are self-compassionate and maintain positive self-worth. Wondermums also take every opportunity to support and encourage other mums.

OUR PROGRAMS

I was really struggling with my mood. Sometimes I felt good and other times bad. The WM postnatal program really helped me to put things into perspective and now I have more good days than bad.

Monica C

The Wondermums program has given me back my confidence. I was struggling before thinking that I was the only mum who couldn’t manage everything. Great information, great strategies and easy format to follow.

Belinda D

I really found the program interesting and whilst not everything was relevant to my situation, I found the topics overall very informative and useful. I’ve been able to incorporate a lot of the techniques into my day and have found it very rewarding.

Michelle B

It was great! I now feel like I’m a Wondermum. Better able to cope when life gets tough. I recommend to other mums who may be struggling. Doing some one on one counselling over video was also really helpful to me.

Louise T

Turns out I was suffering from PND and didn’t know it! Loved the program and found the information was really relevant to me and how I was feeling. I’ve been able to make some improvements, but it’s an ongoing issue for me to manage.
